Dave Fires Again!

Dave Oates is one of Snowdon Mountain Railways Traffic Controllers and has been with the railway for several years. He originally joined us as a seasonal Fireman, and he has a passion for all things steam and railway.

Today he took some time away from Traffic Control to spend the morning firing our no.6 steam loco Padarn.  As much as he loves working as a Traffic Controller, he was so excited to go back to his roots and spend the morning firing, it made his day!
